Competition rules

1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by Modern Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of owners and staff.
2. The Competition rules may be amended, at any time during the Competition. We reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel this Competition in its entirety and/or in its prize/value. In the event of an amendment, alteration and/or cancellation we will not compensate any individual for any reason whatsoever. The Rules and/or any amendments thereto will be interpreted by Modern Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd.
3. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these Competition Rules,website Terms of Use, including Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4. By participating in this Competition, Participants confirm acceptance of “opt in” to the receipt of promotional communications from Modern hair and Beauty Pty Ltd. Participants can choose to Opt-out of communications at any time by responding via SMS to the SMS received. SMS’s will incur the Participant’s standard network operator cost.
5. Competition Period:Monday, 07 December 2015 from 11:00 and ends on Thursday, 21 January 2016 at 13:00.
6. To enterParticipants must complete the online form in its entirety to stand a chance of winning one of the weekly Prize/s*
   1. Weekly Prize :

There is one weekly Prize to be given away; during each Competition Week.

2. Prize/s:

9 x R1 000-00 (one thousand rand), fully customized EIMI and Wella give away hampers.

* ALL PRIZES WILL ONLY BE AWARDED AFTER SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND WINNERS’ DETAILS. FAILING SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION OF ANY WINNER A SUBSTITUTE WINNER, MAY AT THE DISCTRETION OF THE PROMOTER, BE SELECTED. WINNER VERIFICATION WILL ONLY BE CONDUCTED AFTER WINNER NOTIFICATION THEREFORE WINNER NOTIFICATION IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF WINNING.

7. Draws
   1. Weekly Draws
      1. There will be a total of 1 winner, 1 winner will be selected via a random draw process during each Competition Week.
      2. The weekly draws will be held every Tuesday post the closure of each Competition Week on the preceding Monday.
      3. No person may win more than once during the competition.
   2. Winner Notification
      1. Weekly draw winners will be notified by 17h00 every Tuesday. All weekly prize winners will be notified via email, on the email address provided online, and must respond to Modern hair and Beautys winner notification email by the following Thursday 08:00am, failing which such winner/s will forfeit the Prize in its entirety, and a substitute winner, will at the discretion, of Modern Hair and Beauty be selected
   3. Prize redemption will be finalized with each winner on making contact with the winner post winner verification.
   4. No person may win more than one prize in this Competition. For these purposes, “accompanying friends” will be considered “winner/s”.
   5. In the event that a winner/s, for whatsoever reason, is unable to receive the prize, utilise the Prize for whatsoever reason the winner will forfeit the entire prize. There will be no compensation, in any form, (including, but not limited to monetary compensation and/or rescheduling) to any party, irrespective of the reason/s for inability of the winner to receive the prize.
   6. Participants are prohibited from submitting entries that are in the reasonable discretion of the Promoter unlawful, obscene, pornographic, libelous, defamatory, threatening, or other material that would violate any law, code of ethics, regulation or code of responsible advertising, or may be considered as generally irresponsible in relation to alcohol or anything that may compromise Modern hair and Beauty’s reputation or legal position.
   7. Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this.
   8. Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.
